 | VIII-1 PAYMENT OF FINANCIAL DEBTS AND WITHHOLDING RECORDS
The School Advisory Board of St. Peter Interparish School requires that all financial commitments and/or debts must be paid by the end of each school year. If financial commitments and/or debts are outstanding for any student at the school, records and grade cards will be withheld at the end of the year. Re-registration for the new school year will be accepted, on a space-available basis, only after arrangements regarding outstanding debt have been made with the pastor and principal.

FUND ACCOUNTABILITY
All organizations, groups, departments, etc. that raise funds in the name of St. Peter Interparish School or any of the functions of St. Peter Interparish School, shall provide a timely fund balance statement to the St. Peter Interparish School Board. This shall consist of, but not be limited to the following, Scrip Committee, Athletic Committee, Music Department, Home and School Committee, Graduation Committee. A fund balance statement shall be submitted to the school principal two weeks prior to the November, February and April meetings of the School Board. This policy may not apply to one time or ad hoc groups that will expend all proceeds earned within the same fiscal year.
