All track meets are held on week nights.
Registration fee is $10. Uniforms are purchased for $20. ($8 for shirt and $12 for shorts) Athletes may use uniforms from previous season if in "like new" condition. Physical must be in by the first practice. Spikes are allowed on some tracks – Helias does NOT allow spikes.
Season runs from March through May.
Sign-up and informational meeting is August 15 (for all sports) at 12:30 p.m. in the new cafeteria. Additional track sign-up meetings will be held on February 23 @ 6:30 p.m. and February 27 @ 12:30 p.m.
Registration forms and fees are due by February 27, 2011.
Practice will begin on March 15, 2011.
